Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation
1.1 All canceled bookings from a notice period of 2 weeks and more will be charged at 25% regardless of a signed T&C contract, this will cover our time and effort taken to allocate one of our sitters for your bookings.
If you cancel a booking with less than 72 hours notice a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel 1 week before the pet-sitting date, 30% of the fee will be deducted from the total amount.
1.2 If you need to cancel a cat sitting booking due to sickness or any other reasons the week of the booking, we will keep the whole 50% fee.
1.3 If you need to leave later than expected and do not require the cat sitter to visit until you leave, we will still charge you for the full fee, unless it has been amended before the booking has started. This cannot be carried over to any future bookings with us.
1.4 If you need to return home due to an emergency situation or family bereavement during the cat-sitting booking we will still need to charge the cancellation fee on the remaining dates.
